My answer is simply this… I work with the person in front of me and not to some set script or way of working. I have literally hundreds of ways to help you with that thing or that issue, some of them will surprise you with their simplicity and yet simple is often more powerful than you can possibly imagine. The point is this, once I get to know you as a person, and understand the issue at hand, then we will use the tool best for the issue presenting.

What techniques do you use to help me?
Over the years I have become highly skilled in several modalities, notably hypnosis, NLP (Neuro-lingusitic Programming), Kinetic Shift, TFT (Thought Field Therapy) and Psy-Tap (Psychosensory Techniques and Principles).
The point is, irrespective of the issue at hand, I have a full and powerful tool box that I will use with you to help you reach your end goal In as short a time as possible. My simple intention is to work with your unconscious mind to help you unlock the real power that is within you to heal, change and shift limiting thoughts, beliefs, behaviours and much much more.
What is hypnosis?

How long does a session take?
I tend to book sessions (over the internet or face to face) of one hour. Sometimes the goal is reached in as little as 10 minutes, and other times it can take a little longer, and yet, believe me when I say that my goal is to resolve the issue at hand in as short a period as possible. I have no inclination to book you in for sessions week in week out (and certainly not for the same issue). If we haven’t resolved your issue by the end of session 1, then we will discuss next steps. At least 90% of issues being treated are resolved after one session.
